What is included in a download for a PowerPoint template?
A PowerPoint Template is a prefabricated design for a PowerPoint presentation that helps the presenter get the point across. These templates come with pre-formatted background images matched with the ideal fonts and layout.
Each PowerPoint template contains 3 files:
- The Title slide: This file contains the opening slide of the presentation.
- The Print slide: This file contains a slide ideal for handouts for a presentation.
- The Text slide: This file contains a slide ideal for the “body” of the presentation.
How can I start searching for the Ideal Template?
Using the search function you can look for certain keywords that relate to your presentation. In addition, you can also use the categories listed on the left panel of the site to narrow down your search.
Will the PowerPoint Templates work of both Microsoft and Apple Operating systems?
All PowerPoint templates will work on any operating system with Microsoft Office installed. The computer must have PowerPoint installed. These templates will also work with the Mac OS 10 with Microsoft office.
Which version of PowerPoint are these Templates compatible with?
Any versions of PowerPoint will work with our templates. Templates will work with PowerPoint 97, 2000, 2002, XP, 2003, and Office 2007. For Apple computers only leopard OS and Intel processors will support multiple masters.
In what resolutions do the PowerPoint Templates work?
The templates were created for a 1024 x 768 resolution. However, they will work with any resolution between 1600 x 1200 and 800 x 600.
How do I apply a template to an existing Presentation?
After downloading the Template from SlideGeeks save it under the Templates folder.
Then open the presentation that you want to apply it to and Find the format menu. Click on the menu and choose Apply Design Template. Locate the ideal saved PowerPoint template and click apply.
How do I apply a template to a new PowerPoint presentation?
After downloading the Template from SlideGeeks save it under the templates folder.
Create a New blank PowerPoint presentation. Then select the Format menu and choose Design Template. Find the ideal template and choose apply.
Am I free to use the PowerPoint template as often as I like?
Once you purchase this PowerPoint template you may use it as many times as you like. However you are not allowed to sell them, or the background images, for any commercial purposes.
I paid for the template, but could not download files as the internet connection got reset. How can I get the files?
If you have paid for the templates, and could not for some reason download the files, please send us an email at support@slidegeeks.com, and we will mail you the files.
I downloaded the .zip files, but am unable to unzip the template files. How can I get the individual files?
