Steps to follow:

Insert a Trapezoid. Go to Shapes> Basic Shapes> Trapezoid. Adjust its size and shape with the highlighted handles as shown in the below image.

Right click the shape> Outline> No Outline> Fill> Color of your choice.

Change the Color

Insert Line. Go to Shapes> Lines> Line. Place it over the roadmap as shown in the diagram. Duplicate the line by pressing Control C and Control V. (See the below image).

Right click the line> Outline> White Color> Weight> 3 Point.

Change the Line's Color

Again insert Line. Go to Shapes> Lines> Line. Place it in the middle of the roadmap.

Add Line

Right click the line> Outline> White Color> Dash Type> Long Dash.

Apply Long Dash to the Line

Insert Oval shape. Go to Shapes> Basic Shapes> Oval.

Insert an Oval Shape

Insert Rectangle Go to Shapes> Rectangles> Rectangle. Adjust its size and shape with the highlighted handles. Place the rectangle below the oval shape.
